- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above prohibitions to the fullest extent of the law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms.

All content included on Expense Insights, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of FinWise Solutions Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on Expense Insights is the exclusive property of FinWise Solutions Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright laws.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from Expense Insights without our prior written permission. You may download one copy of the material on Expense Insights for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any use of the content on Expense Insights not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The Expense Insights name and logo are trademarks of FinWise Solutions Inc. and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on Expense Insights are the property of their respective owners.

Expense Insights is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FinWise Solutions Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Expense Insights or the information, content, materials, or products included on Expense Insights. You expressly agree that your use of Expense Insights is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, FinWise Solutions Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. FinWise Solutions Inc. does not warrant that Expense Insights, its servers, or e-mail sent from FinWise Solutions Inc. are free of viruses or other harmful components. FinWise Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Expense Insights, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of Expense Insights shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to Expense Insights. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
